This insurance is the biggest scam I've ever encountered in my entire 44 years old of life. Literally NOBODY, even doctors in major hospitals in Virginia accepts them; they will leave you with the cost because they don't cover anything. I've had serious health issues for almost a year, and I've failed to get to the root of the problem because I've spent pretty much the entire year waiting on lists of "doctors within their network".
