New insurance for my family and it’s a nightmare. All new providers needed. Website filters don’t help. I’m still out 70 miles radius for network? Phone system is a circle run around and no answers. I asked for email list and it was to happen. Never received any information at all. To find new providers for a family of 4 will mean prescription meds running out before we even get new appointments as a new patient to happen. Worst I’ve ever seen and a huge premium. Biggest we’ve ever paid in fact.
