This insurance is pure garbage. They are not accepted by any of the two hospitals in my area. They deny, deny, deny. When they do pay it's less than the balance after the copay. My Healthcare costs have skyrocketed. Stay away from any employer that offers this useless benefit

A poor payor of its insurance claims for emergency services, doctors, anesthesia and surgery… Covering most of the time only 1/3 to half of fees. Leaving large balances for the insured. Difficult with its prescription program too offering only mail order for long term meds making it cumbersome for physician primary practices. Moved husband quickly off of this employers insurance to Medicare.

Allison K. has helped me 2 times this past year and both my sons with bills a local provider continues to wrongly submit to get money from patients. She and imagine360 have saved me from a lot of stress dealing with the provider. Never knew insurance companies had advocates to help until them. Thank you a hundred times over.
