Absolutely terrible! They are sending me to collections because they failed to pay my bill which should be totally covered. In addition, they said they would email me after they checked into it, and it's been over a month with no response. I truly think they tell you that just to get you off the phone. Do not spend your hard-earned money for this crap insurance.

Shockingly horrific! Problem after problem after problem. I cannot even begin to list out the amount of problems! The customer service is baffling and they never know what is going on when you ask them anything at all. Every time I go see a provider I have to do hours of leg work to make sure anything is done correctly on Imagine 360s end. I also help my coworkers deal with them and it’s a mess. I would avoid using this company literally at all costs.
My SO and my daughter are on this insurance. Absolutely horrible communication, the coverage is atrocious for instance my daughters yearly appointments cost $2990, and they covered a whopping $287. We pay out more than what they cover. Its ridiculous.
