My SO and my daughter are on this insurance. Absolutely horrible communication, the coverage is atrocious for instance my daughters yearly appointments cost $2990, and they covered a whopping $287. We pay out more than what they cover. Its ridiculous.

I would like to let everyone know that I previously had this insurance and chose not to carry it anymore due to financial risks. I worked handling insurance claims for over 5 years with another insurance company. This insurance has no contractual agreement with any providers or facilities.
