I bought the groupon for a 60 minute Elante facial, and did not get around to using it until close to the expiration date. I called, and they said that it would be several weeks until they could get me in, but they would still honor the groupon. They rescheduled me TWICE before I finally had my appointment. When I had originally scheduled the appointment, I was about 29 weeks pregnant, no big deal, big but not miserable. This is in conjunction with Biancas comment. I dont know Bianca but I agree that Dr. Welch obviously wrote this. I just want the consumer to know this; myself and other providers always had a problem getting supplies when they are needed. This includes cleaning supplies (i.e. disinfectant for cleaning out pedicure tubs!). Always out of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, laundry detergent. Very unprofessional from the time I called! After answering and taking down some info to try and make me an appointment I did not recieve a call back for a day and a half. And then they were still not able to provide me with the appointments I needed. If you are only going to have one person providing services for a groupon that should be stated! The whole reason I bought this was for my sister and I to have a spa day. So much for that. Will be selling this groupon, and will never be giving them my business. Or recommending ... read more

What an amazing experience!!!! From the moment I called to inquire about services, the staff was so kind and helpful. I had many questions about services I was interested in and she assisted me with suggestions to make a lovely spa package for my mom! I loved her enthusiasm about Elante Day Spa and Salon. I came to the spa and checked it out for myself and bought mom a gift card and they even made up a gift basket so the presentation was better than a simple appearing gift card. Completely unimpressed and highly disappointed with this Spas staff. Bought my Mom a gift certificate to get pampered and the way she was treated when she wanted to speak about different offers and what would be best for her she was treated horrible and the staff was completely unhelpful. She left feeling like they didnt have the time to deal with her or the fact that she even wanted to go back to get a treatment done from this place. I would not suggest anyone going to this spa unless they wanted to be treated like crap.

Where do I begin? My husband purchased a \$250 Gift Card for my birthday which was 10-02-2009. Unknown to me, there was a 1 year expiration on usage. So, when I called today, Oct 12, 2010, I was told that my card was no good. In other words, my husband spent \$250.00 for nothing. Just form a good will standpoint I find this to be ridiculous. If I had called 2 weeks ago, everything would have been honored. In this economic environment I cant think of anything worse for business than this! Just went to Elante to use a gift certificate I got as a gift -- my first time at a spa. I was impressed. Staff is very nice, service was great, treatments were wonderful, the atmosphere is relaxing and facilities were very, very clean.
