The Blake on PCB is a big new facility, since 2021. The Assisted Living is OK if someone wants or needs a simpler lifestyle, without cooking or cleaning, & with activities. The Memory Care specifically lacks adequate safety measures & attention, which feel contributed to my Mom’s passing.

I want to just mention how impressed I was at the level of care for the residents I saw exhibited at the Elance of Boynton Beach. I was particularly impressed with Memory Care as the manager Dahlia Bryant and her team showed so much compassion and interest in the residents quality of life. They did so much to keep their spirits up and engaged in a caring fashion. It is truly amazing how committed these folks are to the well being of their residents. GB

It seems like a nice place, but things come up missing all the time, bedsheets are not changed for weeks, and the price is extreme.

The Blake at Carnes Crossroads is a wonderful place for your loved one. It has a bright and warm atmosphere and the staff is friendly and caring. The apartments are inviting and large enough to allow you to add your own personal touches. They have engaging activities, and in-house therapy program which allows your loved one to be active everyday. I would highly recommend this wonderful assisted living!
