Great experience from booking to service. Made an appointment for updo, hair styling and make up from out of state for my son’s wedding in Ladue for my mother, my daughter and myself. Emily was very accommodating with our multiple changes and made sure that we were well taken care of and on time. Elaina did a beautiful job for my daughter and I. I've been seeing Elaina for years! She always goes above and beyond my expectations and answers all my questions regarding color, cut, hair texture, etc. I love her expert input, but she makes sire at the end of the day to give me exactly what I ask for. I have never had a bad experience at Elan, the staff there are wonderful and always kind. I highly recommend Elaina (I'm biased) but all the stylists there are wonderful and you'll be in great hands! Client for life!
My European facial with Maggie was delightful! She explained all the products she was using and I practically fell asleep during it. She made it very relaxing! The salon was clean and the owner was so friendly and warm when I walked through the door. Definitely make an appointment, you will love it!
I absolutely love this salon! I’ve been seeing Elaina for highlights for about 6 years and can’t imagine trusting anyone else with my hair. She’s a master colorist so her work is dimensional, natural, and always brings my vision to life (usually even better than I imagined). She hears what I want but also gently steers me away from decisions I’d regret (like the time I was convinced we needed to chop all my hair off!). This is such a great salon. I had a facial by Maggie that was divine. A manicure by Dottie (i trust her implicitly) and had color done by Ashley, i brought pics for inspiration. My hair turned out AMAZING! i absolutely love it! Highly recommend all services at this hidden gem
