Let me begin by saying I wish there were a way to give zero stars. I found two properties on Elan Realty Group website that were in my price range and available. I called and spoke with an agent named Johnpaul. He told me he would call me back or text me to let me know when I could view one of the two apartments. Johnpaul did not call, nor did he text me. I'm really frustrated with how agent Fred ****** handled this showing on 3/11/17. We were initially scheduled to view one unit but I saw there was an additional unit available that I was interested in. I asked if I could see that since he I also the agent listed on that. It costs more but it also has more space (1200 Sq ft and more modern vs 850 Sq ft per the ads). He stressed the other one was "cheaper and included heat".
