I wrote a review several months ago that seems to have been deleted. We lived here for a year, and in that year, the water heater exploded, our cars were broken into (in the under ground parking garage) major appliances went out, and the plumbing backed up. I understand that with apartment living, some of these things are to be expected, but what is not expected nor should be tolerated is the incompetence and rudeness of the management team. What a great location. The security here is top notch and I couldn't feel more safe. The management and maintenance staff are not only ready to fix any problems that may arise, but they are also the nicest people you could ever want taking care of this lovely complex.

Not only am I the Community Manager of Encinitas Heights but I am also a very satisfied resident. I've lived here longer than I've worked here. First, the city of Encinitas is amazing. I love living so close to the beach. Everything I could need is within a 5 minute drive. I love my apartment and this community. I promise, you will love it too.
