Katie was super friendly. Needed a last minute file due to the crazy, cold. weather. I accidentally nicked my toe before getting there, and she was so considerate, that she disinfected the cut & bandaged me up. She delicately top coated and colored the file as well as reapplied an extra coat to previous work. We talked about how pretty my incoming nails were. Just really friendly talk and tone. Very disgusted by the way they flat out lie they can provide a service they end up messing up. Asked for animal print on 6 nails and ombre on 4 nails the nail tech said he could do them and by the time he started painting them i told him he was using the wrong nail colors he spoke his language and the other nail tech said he couldn't do them and i had to get french tip instead which i said no because thats something i never asked for. Brought my wife and cousin to this place and it wasn't a good experience for them to put it mildly. First, there were at 3-4 techs there and only one assisted them both, so took twice as long. Next, the lady who assisted was rude and pushy, they wanted certain colors, but she kept insisting they do other options. Lastly, the results were disappointing for both of them. Was a big waste of about 2.5 hrs.
