Lost over 10 packages within 10 months. Leasing office is always closed. Unjustified charges on the bill. Don't choose this apartment.
RUN AWAY if you haven’t signed the lease yet. The management office is forever closed and the phone number also can’t get through. There’s no sense of community here, and no one to support you if you live here.
Poor Communication and Unresponsive Staff The apartment community is highly unresponsive. Requests and concerns often go ignored or delayed, and communication is lacking. No one is available physically and maintenance requests get delayed. It’s hard to get the issues addressed in a timely manner. Plus there is a big problem of package delivery in this community, packages left around and often get lost. I don’t recommend this place at all!
The management office became so unresponsive after the ownership transferred. There's no one in the office and you have to submit all the requests on an App. My AC didn't have cool air, and it took them five days to get the vendor. The vendor called the management office as the AC is on rooftop which was locked. No one came to open it so my AC is still broken. Previously it takes one day to fix such things, now it's one week and still not completed.
