New company took over and things have gone way downhill since. There’s no longer secure package delivery so things are constantly stolen and the office is not staffed most days with phone lines going to voicemail. Hard to get any issues fixed since there do not appear to be any people working here since the new management took over.
Please save your time and don’t visit this property. The lady there now is rude, racist and does not deserve to show people around the property. I had a very disappointing experience here. The staff member was rude, insisting that I remove my shoes to enter the room and refusing to show me the way back to the office, claiming she was uncomfortable walking in front. We have lived here since 2021. Initially the staff were helpful and responsive, but there has been a lot of turn over and now it is hard to get in contact with them even when you stop by at the office. As management has continuously changed, there has been an increase in community issues. Currently, there are numerous problems such as package and property theft, lack of parking, excessive noise from neighbors, and mice/ant infestations. Lived here for 2 years.Overall it’s a great place to live but there are some serious issues. We had problems with mice. I would wake up early in the morning and find one scurrying around in the living room. It’s not just one. I saw at least 4 and that’s just what I SAW so there were likely 10+. They seem to come out from under the stove and cabinets so there must be a gap or a part of the wall that isn’t fully sealed because there isn’t any other way mice could be getting in.
