I had eyebrow tapping and I love it ! Everyone is so nice and helpful . I would highly recommend them for your needs ! I came back and had my eyeliner on top and bottom done it actually tickled it did not hurt at all and I am so picky with my eyes I was scared to death but seriously it tickled both times !! Mary Lee goes out of her way to make sure you are happy She Rocks !!!!!!
I love my regular visits to Elan. Mary Lee and all the ladies are so easy going and I always feel relaxed before during and after.
