Nice place to live 👌
This apartment complex only wants your money and will play their residents to get it!!! I moved in beginning of August, and have always parked outside of the “gated parking” because there is never any room inside the normal parking lot by the time I’m home at night. I went out to my car the other morning for work and they had my vehicle towed. RUN FAST. RUN FAR! I have never been treated so shabbily unprofessionally by a leasing complex or company. Documentation was disregarded. Strong-armed into paying additional fines under threat of credit reporting. I would leave 0 stars if I could. When I was living at Elan Keller Ranch I had some problems. When I moved in in July of '22 as scheduled, the apartment was not properly cleaned. There were cobwebs, the carpet had stains. I documented this in the move-in inspection form.
