After being here for a month I can provide a detailed review. We have enjoyed our time here. We questioned moving into an apartment as we came from a larger home, but needed to find something fast as we came from out of state. We have not heard our neighbors once, and the interactions we have had with them have been great. This is a quiet, clean complex that deserves all 5 stars. The smell of our building was terrible. I don't mind living on the third floor, but the smell in our staircase was awful. Would rather not have the door collection if it means I don't have to walk up three flights in what smells like a dumpster. I swear the smell bled into the entrance of apt because I kept smelling something off even after shutting the front door. The garbage disposal kept breaking despite having requested 3-4 times to have it fixed. It kept jamming within a days.
I lived here for 17 months. When I moved in it was beautiful and run by Greystar, a large national property management company. They did a fantastic job at maintenance and customer service. It was bought in 2025 by Kairoi, a much smaller management firm. They left my garbage disposal broken for months, increased my rent and charged me many ridiculous fees.
