The home building processing is the worst! The completion date of our project was pushed multiple times and the staff at the Elan Inwood was incredibly accommodating and helpful. They were patient and honest, and showed compassion and empathy as we managed through homebuilding. The Elan was the only part of the build process that did not cause stress! We have three very active boys and they loved living at the Elan. Neighbors are friendly and the pool was great.

Elan Townhomes are nice if you like paying HUGE rent costs!! Fairly nice environment, pet park, and pool and hot tub in total. Parking is tricky if you don't have your own garage or designated spot. There have been a few power outages since I moved here in March. Do I recommend this place? Not unless you can handle a poorly-made townhouse. When you first move in, they gut the place before hand and renovate the unit with hardwood floors and what not. The day I moved in, the place smelled like raw sewage and my staircase going... read more
