Had a great experience living here! Loved the area and our home. We really appreciated the Elan staff and everything Josh did for us. He really went above and beyond to make sure our requests were always met. We did have some issues with maintenance but overall enjoyed our experience with Elan.
The home building processing is the worst! The completion date of our project was pushed multiple times and the staff at the Elan Inwood was incredibly accommodating and helpful. They were patient and honest, and showed compassion and empathy as we managed through homebuilding. The Elan was the only part of the build process that did not cause stress! We have three very active boys and they loved living at the Elan. Neighbors are friendly and the pool was great.
