My family and I have been living here for over 6 months and so far, we have had positive experiences with the leasing team, more specifically Desiree. Even before we were tenants, Desiree was very attentive to all our questions and concerns. She made the application/move in process super easy and quick. I believe she is a great asset to the team and is always quick to respond to emails and be as helpful as possible. Thank you for all the help and we appreciate having leasing agents like Desiree to help us out.

This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing rental experiences I’ve ever had. After moving out, we were hit with questionable charges — including carpet replacement and ceiling damage — that we immediately disputed. The leasing office told us they’d look into it and get back to us. Weeks went by with no response. No one ever reached out to us. No one was assigned to our case. We’ve lived at Elan for almost 2 years now and love it. All apartments have a washer and dryer included, which is a huge requirement for our family. There’s a dog park on site, as well as a gym, community room and a nice pool and spa. The staff are all great, especially John (the maintenance tech). And there’s even parcel lockers for your packages. It’s a nice community and definitely worth looking into if you’re in the market for an apartment.

5 stars is not enough for this Maintenance team! Been here a few years and John & Art as a team are simply the best. Super professional, very responsive, and just work darn hard! You can see the difference in this place having them here. Most requests are answered same day, and they DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO! No chasing or follow ups needed. John specifically has gone the extra Mile for me on many occasions, and has my complete trust. Thank you both for amazing service! Elan is lucky to have this team.
