Sad because this place has been nothing short of amazing, and I genuinely enjoyed my experienced at Elan due to their AMAZING maintenance - Art & John! Aside from the amenities, I really loved the experience of having all my service requests met quickly. Original review from 2023 but my experience worsened over time. The maintenance day to day worsened while the rent continued to increase ~10% YoY. Finally I left the place after 8 years. And there they took the pound of flesh. My final settlement bill included huge amounts for wear and tear and repainting. Any house will need deep cleaning and walls need painting after 8 years. Great place to live! Clean, quiet, and in a perfect location. The staff is friendly and always helpful.
My family and I have been living here for over 6 months and so far, we have had positive experiences with the leasing team, more specifically Desiree. Even before we were tenants, Desiree was very attentive to all our questions and concerns. She made the application/move in process super easy and quick. I believe she is a great asset to the team and is always quick to respond to emails and be as helpful as possible. Thank you for all the help and we appreciate having leasing agents like Desiree to help us out.
This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing rental experiences I’ve ever had. After moving out, we were hit with questionable charges — including carpet replacement and ceiling damage — that we immediately disputed. The leasing office told us they’d look into it and get back to us. Weeks went by with no response. No one ever reached out to us. No one was assigned to our case.
