I also agree, the maintenance team here are outstanding! Art and John are the best; very understanding and timely. Also, friendly and nice to talk to. Would also like to give a shout out to Bianca, Senior Community Manager who listened and worked with me in my time of need with unexpected medical issues with my daughter. I am a senior and Bianca assisted me with the lease renewal process, something my daughter took care of. She was understanding during a difficult time. ❤️ Thank you all.
Sadly, it has become the day to write my final review! Sad because this place has been nothing short of amazing, and I genuinely enjoyed my experienced at Elan due to their AMAZING maintenance - Art & John! Aside from the amenities, I really loved the experience of having all my service requests met quickly. Original review from 2023 but my experience worsened over time. The maintenance day to day worsened while the rent continued to increase ~10% YoY. Finally I left the place after 8 years. And there they took the pound of flesh. My final settlement bill included huge amounts for wear and tear and repainting. Any house will need deep cleaning and walls need painting after 8 years. I tried to renegotiate but all discussions were transferred to a central team whom I did not know and they even had wrong information of my start dat... read more
Great place to live! Clean, quiet, and in a perfect location. The staff is friendly and always helpful.
My family and I have been living here for over 6 months and so far, we have had positive experiences with the leasing team, more specifically Desiree. Even before we were tenants, Desiree was very attentive to all our questions and concerns. She made the application/move in process super easy and quick. I believe she is a great asset to the team and is always quick to respond to emails and be as helpful as possible. Thank you for all the help and we appreciate having leasing agents like Desiree to help us out.
