I lived here for 3 years. The building is absolutely amazing and for the first 2.5 years I really liked living there. Unfortunately, in December 2021 there was a change of management and the experience was completely ruined. Lots of issues with security, cleanliness, rent payment, among many other things started happening. The excuse was that they were transitioning and that it would take time. New management Barvin had a rough transition and I do believe them when they say Greystar didn’t make the transition easy for them. However, things have started to somewhat look up and they are trying their hardest to make things right. There are still issues with security in the parking garage and I understand crime is going to happen so close to the city but at such an upscale and luxury complex I hope they can look into real solutions. Until the management starts fixing problems instead of creating new ones, I would stay far far away from this place. I was happy with the old management company. All the recent reviews about the amenities are 100% correct. Below is picture of the pool taken on April 13th, 2022. It's been that green for 2 weeks. Maybe by May I will be able to go into the pool. Edit: Pool is clean now. Added a picture of an SUV on blocks with all wheels removed (happened May 9th). Security still a major issue.
