This organization allowed an Identity Thief to open up a fraudulent account under my name.
Terrible company with non operative mobile sites
Signed up for a secured card with Elan through Univest B&t. It's been hell. I stopped using it because of high fees and tried to cancel my card. They will only accept physical mail or fax to do this. They also claim to never receive my mail. This is the second year in a row they've charged me a yearly membership fee, subsequent late fees, and parked it on my credit report, forcing me to pay them to have it removed.
