I agree ELAN DAY SPA IS MY SPA – You either agree or disagree and baby I agree. Eveyone made me feel at home, from getting me coffee to hanging up my coat. This Elan is the definition of customer service. My stylist is straight from Newbury and she is not just talented cutting but my color has never looked better!!
Accomodating – Elan in one word can accomodate. The front desk booked my wedding party in less than one day after the salon I went to before canceled us. Everyone was perfect and my day went off without a hitch. Try the Paula Dorf makeup!
Elan - French for "Go someplace else!" – The stylists are adequate - not quite worth the price - but better than going to one of the haircutting chains. What makes Elan such a dismal experience is the attitude the staff gives off that they are doing YOU a favor by taking your business. To add to this, the staff is often rude - I have heard several of them making snide remarks about clients. my perfect day – My friends took me to the Elan spa for my bacholette party and we had the best time. I will recommend Elan for all occassions.
convience by elan – I am a long time spa goer at the spa in RI. I work in Boston but frequent Elan often. I now go to Elan on my way home and avoid the hectic traffic. All the staff has been their since opening and are not only professional, clean but hospitable.
aweful salon – the salon can't keep their best help, the owner is mean, i persoally observed this, and they often overbook resulting in long waits, and not being able to keep the appointment you made weeks in advance. I have liked some of the previous stylists, and nail techs and have followed them to other salons.
nice staff – I have been a client of Elan Cranston for a few years now. I would like to just take a moment and let everyone know what a legend this salon is. EXQUISIT SALON – from the moment you walk through the door to this salon... you cant help but relax... it was a wonderful experience beginning with the greeting that you receive from the front desk...i had the pleasure of experiencing a fabulous heated stone massage...luxourios spa pedicure...and haircut... the massage was done in a tastefully decorated room with calming music playing softly in the back ground... i was then taken to my pedicure that was done in a state of the art pedicure room with 5 massaging heated chairs.... read more
