Good services, room for improvement – I scheduled a massage and facial at Elan and although I had to call back and reschedule a couple of times -- the receptionist was accomodating. The services I received were both pretty good, but not as great as experiences I've had elsewhere. The walls were a little thin, so I could hear lots of outside noise that was a bit distracting. Best Pedicure Party ever – My friends and I went to Elan for my pedicure wedding party. They have a great room for pedicures. We were able to have it all. It's a great place to get away and enjoy. I can't wait to try the spa services!
Heated Stone Massage – I have always heard about heated stone massage. I went to elan for a massage and they asked if I wanted to try the stone massage. It was a great relaxing srv. Friendly warm atmosphere.
Rude staff and management – I bought my wife a $150 gift certificate for Christmas as a treat, and in the end, it was anything but that. It was for a massage for her and a friend. She had to reschedule her first appointment and was treated extremely rudely by the staff. She spoke with Elise, the owner about it and she was very apologetic and offered my wife some extra services for her trouble. Great Spa in Town if you want to feel special – I had the most delightful experience at elan. I was totally relaxed and pampered, what a spa experience should be. I had the cranberry pedicure and facial and it felt out of this world! My skin looked and felt so fresh for days. My visit to Elan was about 3 weeks ago and I felt the need to write a review after a lousy experience at a day spa in a neighboring town. I am looking foward to returning for another facial and trying the body treatments. Just heavenly

Great experience for my first spa day – Got a gift cert from boyfriend for Elan. My first spa day. A friend and I played hooky from work and spent the whole day at Elan in Canton. It was great: nice people, great services, relaxing atmosphere. Had a body scrub, a massage, a facial, and a pedicure. My friend swears she was taller after her deep-tissue massage. Best Day Off I've had this year. – With all the rain we've been having I decided to take a day off and finally relax and start enjoying the summer. elan has the cure for the summertime wash out. First I started with a Facial, then an hour and half massage (from heaven) then a fab pedicure plus I had a great hair style, so I was ready to go out on the town. I felt so revived from elan and I'm over the rain out we've been having. elan is the cure for getting us back on track
WHAT A RIPOFF – My wife bought me a gift certificate for $90 for a "hot stone massage." I made an appointment for a 1 p.m. massage. I got there and was escorted into a tiny room (so small, there were no hangers or areas for clothes). When I had disrobed and got onto the table to begin my massage, I started to itch.
