We recently bought our house at Elan and can easily say that we have been solidly impressed by the Conner crew. We had seen their Latham project last year while we were visiting friends in the area and really liked the quality so Elan was something on our radar when it came up. Recently we moved to Elan from Conner homes in Kent . We had a great experience working with Elan team. Libby was very friendly and helped with all the doubts we had , as a first home buyer . Elan offered different floor plans with many upgrade options. We were 100% sure that we had all the information before making the big decision. The hand over was smooth and within schedule . We are very impressed with the professionalism and the quality with which the house was handed over.
