I first came to Elan just to drop in for random services like brow wax or to fix a broken nail, but nothing steady to really form an opinion. What had me to start coming as a regular was after my boyfriend got a pedicure from a nail tech named COOKIE. I am very unsatisfied with my recent experience at this salon. I went in requesting tortoise shell nails, and after showing the technician a reference photo, she assured me she could do it. As the process went on, it became clear that she was rushing. To simplify things, I changed my request to a burgundy French manicure—something I assumed would be straightforward. I called make appt and asked price first . Technician is good but hiding price. Pede and sns nail total charged me$155. I don't have receipt. I checked credit card bills!

The service was nice, but I was disappointed that extra charges were added without any notice. It would be better if prices were explained more clearly in advance.
