I’ve been living here for 2 years. Omg! The new management team is absolutely amazing! Like really, totally amazing! Ashley is truly a gem, and she’s been the ultimate talk within the entire Terra Bella village. We absolutely, LOVE HER!!!!!!!

After 15 months of very difficult management from day one of my move-in, I almost did not renew, and was even penalized with added penalty charges during renewal as a result of inacurate price info due with renewal, resulting in a lease lapse until office reopened after I was in the office trying unsuccessfully to get validation of amount due upon Saturday lease expiration. I even tried contacting Corporate five times to discuss issues directly with Manager of local staff, only to be screened by secretary to disclose issues ... read more
I’ve been here for 2 years and I must say, our new manager, Ashley Singleton, is the best thing that could have happened in our community. Her communication and dedication is executive level. Great pick, Vintage Realty!
We have been here for 1 year and absolutely love it!! We enjoy the complex activities such as bingo and Christmas party. The office personnel and maintenance staff are exceptional!!! So much better than maintaining a house.
