This is the worst place I have ever lived!! The management team was HORRIBLE. Including the higher up corporate managers. Elevator never worked and when it did work the light was out inside the elevator so you were literally riding in pitch black. My entire cabinet fell out the wall and I was literally holding it in place so it wouldn't fall out the wall and damage anything else and I was told it was not urgent and someone would be out in a few days. As a Marine, I move around A LOT. That said, I am highly satisfied with Elan at Terra Bella and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay whether it be short term or long. Never have I found an apartment that exceeds all my expectations. From management, property grounds and maintenance. All were above standard. I’ve lived here for three years and there are pros and cons for sure. The trash situation is a real problem here. Especially during holidays, omg it’s gross. I also don’t like that sometimes the keys work and sometimes they don’t and that varies on which gate you try. Also, the pool here is so small and so shallow it’s like a child’s pool almost.
