A “resort style” community that allows smoking everywhere. What a disgusting deterrent for people. That makes no sense.
I lived at Terra Bella for 4 years and was consistently disappointed with communication from the front office. I have moved out 2 Months ago with the appropriate notice time and I have not received my deposit or an explanation of what was deducted if anything. I also feel monthly pet rent is ridiculous especially when you are obligated to put down a nonrefundable deposit in the beginning.
I lived at Elan at Terra Bella for five wonderful years, and it truly felt like home. The community was safe, welcoming, and well-maintained. Anytime I needed to report something, the leasing team handled it quickly and professionally. A special thank you to Ashley, your warmth and attentiveness made my experience even more special. Leaving Louisiana was tough, largely because Elan was one of the few places I’ve ever truly felt at home. Grateful for every moment there.
