New management is not good. I have a rat in my apartment. I asked to switch apartments and for them to reimburse me or pay for movers....they are refusing. So I’ll be moving out of this rodent infested place.
I'm happy living here again! We have a new management company, a professional team in the office, repairs are being made - FAST, the interior has been repaired and painted,the exterior has been repaired and painted, a dog park has been added, additional landscaping has been added, issues are being addresses, Valiant Management is making things happen as fast as anything I've ever seen. I am so thankful. I used to love living here. And I think I do again!!
