living there we had 2 carbon monoxide leaks coming from the stoves pipe in the back, she told the maintenance guy to come and replace the stove (he is not licensed to check or do anything that had carbon monoxide leaks) which caused a 2nd leak because it was not the stove they had to replace, it was the pipe they had to fix and replace. Terrible service and experience all together. Management has no idea how to help tenants or be courteous. They ask for way to much information just to even get the apartment; only to find out the building isn’t all they make it seem. All the carpets are filthy haven’t been shampooed. People in the buildings do not help keep it secure. Drug transactions all on the street and some buildings. Moving at the end of my lease. Would not recommend for not even heat/hot water included. I love living next to the park. My Apt is Nice & Affordable. Management is great and responsive would def recommend!!

They tow their own tenets vehicles and refuse to reimburse the cost. Need to develop better relationships with the people they rent to. Overpriced for all the aggravation and a few of the "secure" doors had no locks. IDK.
