Welcoming environment – I just came in from Lady Savannah where the saleswoman quite rude so it was nice to be in a more positive, welcoming environment :)

Unprofessional-Rude-Ridiculous – LIARS-UNPROFESSIONAL-RUDE! First of all I want to say it's funny that while reading these reviews, I noticed they are all about BAD service until the "owner" posted one and suddenly there were a few GOOD ones, coincidence? Not what I thought at all – After going on Elaine's website that carried many designers. I selected 15 dresses in the hope of trying on at least one of them. Needless to say NONE of them in stock??? That doesn't seem like a selection to me. I had an appt. and the younger girl that helped was friendly. However just to try on a dress not in stock was $50.00 nonrefundable if I wanted to have them ship in a sample dress. I wasn't happy but you may or may not have different luck there.
