This lady is very rude over the phone and is not a good listener. I called only looking for information and potentially having her file my taxes and she kept on cutting me off. She needs to work on listening rather than cutting people off in mid speech. Elaine needs to work on better customer service very rude. I'll be going somewhere else for my tax purposes
Elaine is by far the most knowledgeable, courteous and professional tax preparer I've ever been to and that's why I will always continue to go to her.
