Philip was contracted by my home warranty to fix my water heater. He looked at it, said he needed to get parts, took my $125 and was never seen or heard from again. I called several times but he would not answer or return my call. My recommendation would be to find another company to do your work. No integrity or credibility from my experience.
I have used Phillip numerous times to do work for me ranging from a complete home plumbing/draining replacement, to repairing shower fixtures, installing tile, and plumbing for a new full bathroom. There hasn't been anything I've asked Phillip to do he hasn't been able to successfully complete. He takes pride in his work. His prices are fair.
