I had an UNPLEASANT experience today after buying prenatal vitamins at the Pharmacy. I sat near the exit door while waiting for my Uber when THIS CLINIC receptionist asked if I had an appointment. I explained that I was just waiting for my ride. She then said they were closing, even though it was only 2:20 PM. Later, I overheard her telling a coworker that I could just wait outside instead. I had been attending Elaine’s Medical Spa every 4-5 weeks for tattoo removal and was happy with the service initially. Unfortunately, I had to miss one appointment and called three days in advance to notify Elaine. I left a voicemail asking for a call back to reschedule. I received a call from her on the day of the missed appointment asking where I was, despite my prior message. I was at work and couldn’t answer at the time. I’d like to start by saying Elaine is very kind, warm, and welcoming. She was always very lovely over the 2 years I was a client. My review is specifically about tattoo removal services, as I’ve heard wonderful things about her other spa services unrelated to tattoo removal. I underwent 8 treatments and spent nearly $2000 to achieve only partial tattoo removal.
