Dr Zhai is awesome and super caring. I wish I could give this practice five starts but the mandarin-speaking (Taiwanese accent) front desk is an absolute nightmare to deal with.

Dr. Elaine Zhai is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions, her attention to detail in patient care is evident, she kept me informed every step of the way. And the clinic is clean and well organized, the entire team from front desk, medical assistant to physician is friendly and efficient. I felt genuinely cared for during my visit.
Called to ask front desk lady who speak mandarin. She doesn’t know any insurance stuff. According what she said is OD Zhai is not a tour package. Her annual check up is Customize by each patient, patient needs to check up with insurance payment item by item for the charge. The clinic doesn’t follow up with patient’s insurance.
