I have known Elaine for a long time and she helped us purchase our new home in Williamsburg. Elaine is a great asset do you have on your side during any real estate negotiation. She is extremely knowledgeable and has excellent attention to detail. She was very flexible with our schedules. We enjoyed working with her very much and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or purchase in the area.

I rented a home with Elaine and it was a nightmare from beginning to end. The house was falling apart and we were blamed for everything! The repair men even told us how things like toilets needed to be replaced and how the microwave (that fell apart and hit me in the head) was junk. Even after we moved out she continued to contact us about doing maintenance on the yard!!! I will never work with her or Brooks Real estate again.
