Even after another pediatrician office misdiagnosed my child twice, Dr. Santos figured it out. Her experience, knowledge and intuition helped guide my child to a specialist for an accurate diagnosis. Highly recommend her! Note: the 2 different misdiagnoses came from the office that Dr Santos used to be at in 2016, that I notice has negative reviews. We followed her to her new office, even though it’s almost an hour away and glad we did.
Poor communication with the staff and Dr. Santos. Quick to jump to conclusions that aren't substantiated in facts, just assumptions. Disappointed in her and the staffs thoroughness. Clearly too busy to give proper attention to all patients. I hope they add more clinicians and are able to serve the kids in the area better.
