Extremely poor service. It took 3 years to finally get my bed after a year of waiting and no follow up. Yes, it was during Covid but EB didn’t follow through when I received a damaged extremely expensive bed. It was t inspected at the warehouse and then was further damaged during delivery. Months and then years went by and I’d get a few calls here and there after repeated attempts to find out when I’d get a replacement.
