Almost any doctor connected with Facey is going to be pretty limited. This is one of the worst I've encountered so far. Great bedside manner... Facey doctors all have that. That's where it ends. This character would let you die before he does anything. Schedules appt. two months in advance, then says he needs more information (an MRI), then says to get one (at a Facey place of course), then come back in two months and in the meantime take 4 Tylenol per day! Totally unreacable by phone, uses Facey's main numbers that p... read more

I'm just going to say that I'm only giving them five stars because they helped my little boy. Unfortunately, they also talked a lot of smack in ear shot of our room -- not just about me, but also about my son. Full-on judgement, without even knowing anything other than about the procedure in need. They talked badly about my weight, and the fact that my son had a tablet with him. I won't quote exactly what was said, because they know what they said, and they must have been proud and arrogant enough to say it close to where I... read more

Called numerous times. Got nothing but promises and no visit from any nurse or physical therapy or occupational therapy all of which were prescribed and the referral was processed. Even spoke with the executive director. A very sweet woman, I felt sorry for her for--her second week in command of a malfunctioning organization. Before Providence sold to Compassus, we received great treatment for another resident of our home. But this new arrangement is not functioning. And without the help of the community our patient would've... read more

Came in with uncontrollable vomiting and I've been sitting in the ER waiting area for 3 and a half hours! If you can avoid this hell hole by going to any of the urgent cares in the city, do it!

Beware of unwarranted add-on costs... My husband and I have been going to Providence for at least 20 years and have never questioned a bill. However, we got the billing information shown below... the "Treatment/Observation room" add-on charge was outrageous. I only went to the screening after getting a letter from the Breast Cancer Screen department of Providence telling me I needed to come in. My appt was on 10/20/2025 where I only sat down for a half hour with a nurse (not even a doctor) and gave the cancer history fo... read more
