Maintenance team is very good and very friendly
Vaulted ceiling and exposed brick but the brick is literally crumbling away at the slightest brush! Floor and trim also poorly installed and there are gaps at the edges of the brick and ceiling and floors. Also management is so ineffective; I’ve emailed so many times while living here and they have never responded. Karolina and her team need to step it up. I cannot emphasize enough to never live here. My roommate and I ignored the negative reviews about management but it was so much worse than I could have thought. This management team for one, does not have a clue what they’re doing, they’re rude, and they respond maybe half of the time. We got the wrong keys on move in day, every appliance of ours broke multiple times, made us pay $300 in fees for accidentally paying rent twice due to my bank recognizing a duplicate payment and canceling the second resulting in us having to ... read more
