I’ve given this nail salon far too many tries and I’m fed up. I went here today for a color gel manicure and regular pedicure. I wasn’t acknowledged at all when I walked in, despite having stopped in to make an appointment the day before. I was passed on to a newer, younger tech I didn’t recognize. The entire color gel manicure was rushed and amateur. She didn’t push the cuticles and didn’t cut off any of the dead skin around the nail bed which is basic even for a regular manicure. Still trying to find good place for regular manicure/pedicure. I read all the positive reviews and decided to give this place a try. First impression-place is not clean, to the point of very much not clean. Not impressed with quality of pedicure and manicure ether - all is done on the surface, without really caring/doing good job. Why all the positive reviews? Not coming back.
The work of the nail artist is incredible. Show a picture and you’ll get what you want. This is the type of service that you’re gonna get. Usually I call a head through appointment
