I've been going to Dr. Melamud for years! She's very down to earth, compassionate and kind. The office is beautiful, state of the art. I especially love that they have coffee 😊it's a really nice touch.
Dr. Melamud is absolutely wonderful. She takes her time, asks meaningful questions and answers all my questions. Very happy she was recommended to me. Her staff is great. Check in is easy, quick & efficient.
I scheduled a new patient appointment and was genuinely looking forward to being seen, particularly given the many positive reviews of this doctor. After waiting nearly three months, receiving multiple reminder texts, confirming my appointment, and taking time off work, I arrived as scheduled—only to be informed that the doctor was not available and my appointment would need to be rescheduled. The staff was so nice and as a person with medical anxiety Dr Melamud was very kind and took the time to answer any questions I had which was very reassuring.
