This review is honest. It may not seem respectful, but since it is true, I don't know how else to tell the story. Elaine is unethical, bullies people, makes threats and is insanely rude. I think that if Elaine only represented me in my home sale, I would have a much better experience. Elaine was not only representing me (seller), she also represented the "buyer"!!!! She had the "buyer" as a customer prior to us signing with her so we think she had a preference. She did sell our house quickly but it was to her buyer, which is why I gave one star but she definitely represented the buyer!! As the "seller" we felt she was not on our side. Loved working with Elaine Marak and so impressed with how fast she sold our house for and then a little more than we expected to top it off. Definitely recommend her 5 stars.
