She is very comfortable to be around and attentive
I would not go to this office they are unable to explain charges and why what cost $60 last visit costs $700 the next. If they can't answer that you shouldn't be using their services.
Doctor was unresponsive for 2 weeks when our pharmacy tried to place a refill order. Finally reached office reception and they said refill can't be placed bc it has been 15 mos since last doctor visit. Patient is a college student and is not available for in person or telehealth appt. Tried to schedule visit for summer when student will be home, and they refused. They'd rather lose a patient than refill a topical lotion 2 mos ahead of an in-person appt. They are losing a 15+ year patient family.
Dr. Lin is very knowledgeable and profesional . She takes her time , listen to the patient and does a thorough exam .One of the best dermatologist that I ever had . Also her staff is very helpful and friendly . I highly recommend her .
Elaine is an expert on her field. I feel comfortable coming to her for my acne and skin rashes problems. She has helped me so much in such a short time, it's been life changing. I recommend her 100% she's the best in the bay area.
