Elaine was the seller’s agent for the property I purchased for my parents in 2013. I didn’t have my own agent. She patiently answered all of my questions and made the purchase process exceedingly easy. In January 2025, we decided that my mom shouldn’t live alone any longer. We had lost my stepdad in June 2024. I decided to contact Elaine to see if she was interested in listing the property for me. She readily agreed and she guided my through the process once again. Elaine was the sellers agent for my transaction. She listed the property, prepared all of the marketing media and posted to over 20 marketing sites. Timeliness and quality of material and posting was excellent. She worked diligently throughout the marketing period and was on-site for the open house and prospective buyer visits. She managed the sales transaction through the paperwork, inspections and appraisals to see that everything went smoothly. Highly recommend.
