I went to Dr. Cassen several times for blood pressure checkups and I wanted to talk with her about my hopes/plans to lose weight. Her attitude wasn't helpful as someone trying to overcome their fear of hospitals and doctors in general: I found her with each visit to be short, judgmental, and unkind. She doesn't have a great beside manner, as it were. I will not go back to see her again, and am looking forward to visiting with another doctor soon.
This doctor is amazing! She is kind, caring & extremely thorough!
She is very impatient I hadn’t been to the doctor in a while came in about blood pressure concerns she told me I should have been to the doctor and she has more important patient’s to take care of and I shouldn’t be asking all these questions I’ll never go to her again
