I started my interest in an investment property by being contacted by a telemarketer with regard to house and land packages. They were quite pushy and were going to max out my lending ability which i was not at all comfortable with. I felt really uneasy. Elaine came to us highly recommended and not only lived up to her reputation but exceeded it. She was endlessly enthusiastic, honest, supportive and respectful. She worked hard to understand our needs, which were in part conflicting, and knew not only when to push but also when to step back. Nothing was too much trouble.
