Dr Elaine cheng did an excellent professional job had surgery of a pilonidal cyst and dr Elaine cheng did her job listen to my concerns and follow and provide me with information about the surgery and took very good care of me yay thanks you
She is excellent, very caring and empathetic, i am recovering now and i cant be more grateful for her kindness and great work, great at explaining and making you feel comfortable
Dr. Cheng was my surgeon for a partial colectomy in 2022 that took over 10 hours due to how complicated my situation was. I could not have asked for a better surgeon. I highly recommend her. She is very skilled at robotic surgery, which was minimally invasive and left almost no scars. It was my first ever surgery and I was nervous, but her caring and friendly manner put me at ease. She took the time to talk with me and answer all my questions. The surgery went perfectly, I am fine now, and I am so grateful for Dr. Cheng.
In October of 2024 Dr Cheng performed my gallbladder surgery. What is usually an hour to hour & a half routine procedure took about 4 hours due to complications. One was my gallbladder was attached to my liver. A member of her team explained how she removed it w/out any damage to my liver & it was something he would be uncomfortable performing.
