I’ve to wait for my turn long time no apology, a patient before me came too late and it was my turn to see the doctor they sent her instead, I was there before my appointment, even the patient said she’s too late reschedule me but the receptionist said no that’s ok and sent her when it was my turn, I went and asked her she said oh the doctor is running late such a lie, when I told her you said someone else on my time nothing, even no apology from the nurse they wasted my time, it’s not acceptable at all
