I started seeing her almost 9 years ago, when I had first hit puberty. She diagnosed me with a mood disorder and treated me for 6 years, until I moved out of state. I got treated for 3 more years without any re-evaluation. But recently I decided to get re-evaluated and it turns out my diagnosis was “false”. This woman (and my parents) had me believing I was mental for so long, just to learn that my behavioral issues were hormonal... She is very sweet though.
