Had dinner with Zar Toolan at Elaia Wednesday night...still thinking about it. Was one of the best meals I've had in a long long time. Chef Aaron Martinez absolutely crushed it. The 4 of us did the 7 course tasting menu and it impossible to pick a favorite because they were all so extraordinary. It's a must for any foodie and, for that matter, anyone looking for something special. Can't wait to see what he's got for us next time we're there!
