Excellent experience! We took the Westin shuttle from the airport for free and it was only about two blocks away. Friendly service and great prices. There is a 500 deposit but you get it back when you turn the car back in. Would definitely use them again! Highly recommend!
Flew in from Dulles to celebrate my 10-year wedding anniversary. Saw this beautiful BMW 430i convertible, asked if we could celebrate our anniversary with it when we landed at LAX, he wished us a happy anniversary and reserved it for us. The overall experience felt efficient, personalized, and overall unencumbered with heavy focus on communication and customer service. Don’t wait in line, get an uber there and actually feel like you’re on vacation when you start your rental car experience with them.
I rented a car for a weekend, and honestly I have no complaints. Their rates were very good, the car was what I expected, they provide excellent customer service, and they are super accommodating. I was late bringing the car back (I don’t recommend, because typically you will be charged an extra day) and they were very understanding and patient. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Would come back! Rented a BMW 430i Convertible 2017 from these guys for a 5-day top-down trip around LA. For a 7 year BMW, everything ran pretty perfectly. Ali (owner) was super quick and polite with all the processing. I arrived, collected the car all within 2 minutes. It's recommended that you rent directly from their website instead of Uber if you want a discount or cut a few of Uber's charges.
