best salon!!! i like that place yes they might make u wait because they are soooooo good but last time i waited i didnt wait that long just like 15 mints..my daughter and i love it also my son too and his barely 10 yrs old..i will say it a 10 for me for the best service!!!
poorly run salon I went to get my hair styled for a party and made an appointment at the El Y Ella Salon. I had to wait 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time before a stylist ever touched my head. After 10 minutes of waiting, I asked how much longer to which I was told a few minutes. Bull! If I didn't need my hair done so badly, I would have walked out and left. The stylist who finally took me looked harassed, tired and didn't want to be working on me. Poor overall experience.
