Although Henry was nice at first, they damaged a rim and forgot to balance the tires I bought from them. I actually let the rim damage slide, and Henry finally agreed to reimburse me $60 to have the tires balanced locally (1-1/2 hrs away). Then he disappears, blocks my calls and hangs up on me. All over $60.
