Once a year! Once a year we spend a night near Toledo and always eat at El Vaquero. It is a free standing restaurant in a shopping center plaza. Very casual, there are TV's and special nights, although we never seem to be there on margarita night. Interesting items, chicken cooked with mangos is fun. Good guacamole. Big drinks which is important after a long ride from NJ. Very easy parking with a trailer of stuff we bring for Tri-State Basset Rescue!
This place is defientely a good place to eat, all the staff, very friendly, food very good, and very reasonably priced. They have very authentic mexican food, GREAT place to eat.
