everything is perfect, except I check my receipts when I pay my credit card bill and 3 times they took more tip $, the crazy thing is I tip over 20%, $3 extra on top of tip I left was worse one, so definitely check your credit card statements to make sure this didnt happen to you.....this is unfortunate because honestly everything else is great, all the waitresses are very nice and give great service, food is always great, but taking extra money is unacceptable, ESPECIALLY if the customer leaves a great tip to begin with!
On 2 separate occasions, my wife and I ordered through the GrubHub app and staff failed to realize a GrubHub order was placed. First time I waited 35 extra minutes passed the pickup time for my food. No apology, no offer of chips or anything during the wait. And again recently, I came in and waited about an hour passed the pickup time with my wife and 2 year old child.
