I am not much to giving one stars, but the person that I had told me I couldn’t sit on a empty booth and set me to the back of the restaurant and never once did she check up on me I would have to call her out and she would roll her eyes when I would call her out because I was missing something or wanted to order extra stuff. The food was all right, but the service was bad on that girls behalf. El Toro is one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve ever been to — love that it’s right here in Wahpeton. The shrimp quesadilla is the best.
