Came in tonight we usually come here a couple times a week my work Buddy found a hair in his food so they remade the food but still charged us full price when I asked they said they remade it so there's nothing they could do customer service is horrible here
The waiter was not good. Had to ask 4 times for napkins, then he brought about 40, like it was a joke. Two people asked several times for a box, eventually got one, never did get the second, I had to go to the work station, find another waiter and get one from them. Asked for a chimi with everything plus guacamole, said it several times, he seemed to understand, got a chimi with JUST guacamole. Food was ok, nothing special except the fried ice cream and lava cake, which were very good. There are better Mexican spots.
We come here all the time. The chimichangas are my fave. Ordered for delivery and when there were things wrong with the order that don’t usually happen. When we called they made it right immediately and replaced the incorrect items. Their service is always top notch and they stand by their food. We love El Toro!
Great restaurant for a relaxing lunch. Service is quick and friendly. Food came out hot and was very good. Plenty of seats available on a Tuesday around 11:30. Pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended.
Crunchy Tacos ? Came to me dripping wet in juice like a dishrag !! Never again.
