Been here a couple of times and food was good. This time service was horrible. Waitress was so bad and dry from the moment she greeted us (and that’s putting it nicely) which took forever and they weren’t busy. No personality and clearly didn’t want to be there. Didn’t explain the menu option we were trying to order well and could care less when we didn’t want what she brought us because so. Went to El Vaquero instead. Waitress should not be in customer service. We left because of her
Went to the Springboro location for carry out lunch. Got the taco, burrito combo with beans. Get back to the office just across the street and the taco is wet and mushy. Burrito covered in cheese sauce is dry and the cheese had already jelled. Taste was horrid. This on top of waiting 15 minutes for the order. Never again.
Horrible experience, Ordered a huge amount of food and was only given one little bag of chips. When I called to see if we could get some more they were very nasty and said some not very nice things about me in Spanish that they thought I didn't understand.
